We recently changed and upgraded our server and it caused some problems. Our National Administrative Site and all Department websites had to be rebuilt. Post and Unit websites were rebuilt only for those Posts / Units that use their website for more than updating their database. This move helps to keep the database maintained in an easier fashion. Thanks to all for your patience and understanding.

*** For those that do not have a Post / Unit website: Updating the database with new members, renewing dues, and printing membership cards & Per Capita Reports will now be done through your Department website or Regional website (for Posts not under Department jurisdiction). See the instructions at the bottom of this page (NOT posted yet – currently being constructed).
Post or Unit Database Administrators must have their Department or Regional Administrators grant them “Post Only” access to the Department or Regional site to maintain your Post or Unit database. Access must be granted before you can update your database information or print reports. Questions? Call your Department or Regional Administrator – the National Office will NOT be able to help you at this time, but they CAN give you the name and phone number of the Administrator for your Post or Department.
